Lean Fruit Muffins

Ingredients

  • Canned peaches – 250 g
  • Refined vegetable oil – 100 ml
  • Flour – 250 g
  • Sugar – 100 g
  • Baking dough – 2 teaspoon
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Powdered sugar, for decoration (optional) – to taste

Directions

  1. Making muffins is quick, so immediately turn on the oven to heat up to 180 ° C and prepare a mold – metal with paper muffin cups or silicone. You can bake without paper cups, but then the mold cells must be well greased with vegetable oil and sprinkled with flour.
  2. Chop the peaches in mashed potatoes with a blender. Combine the peach puree with vegetable oil.
  3. In another bowl, stir dry ingredients: sifted flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and vanilla sugar.
  4. Make a well in the dry mixture and pour in the peaches and butter.

  6. Divide the dough into muffin tins.
  7. Bake the peach muffins in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 25 minutes.
