Ingredients

  • 4 slices meat loaf
  • 4 pretzel rolls
  • 200 g white cabbae (cabbae salad)
  • 100 g cheese (cheese preparation, obazda)
  • some fat for the pan
  • n.B mustard, sweeter
  • Processed cheese

Instructions

  1. Drain the coleslaw on a kitchen sieve. Heat the fat in the pan and fry the meat loaf on both sides until the desired brown color.
  2. Cut open the pretzel rolls and coat the cut surfaces evenly with Obazda.
  3. Place the gingerbread slices on the lower halves and, if desired, brush with mustard.
  4. Now distribute the coleslaw in equal parts on the Leberkäse and place the coated upper halves of the rolls on top and serve immediately.
  5. The recipe can be changed as desired: instead of white cabbage salad, red cabbage salad, radish salad or farmer`s salad can also be used. You can also omit the mustard or use a hot, grainy or spicy mustard if you want, horseradish is also conceivable. And the pretzel rolls are only a recommendation, depending on your taste and mood, I can even imagine flat bread. And if you like it particularly cheesy, you can also add a slice of Scheibletten cheese to the Leberkäse.
