  • 500 g carrot (s)
  • 3 kohlrabi
  • 750 g potato (s)
  • 6 Mettenden
  • vegetable broth, instant
  • pepper
  • 1 bunch parsley

Instructions

  1. Cut the vegetables into small pieces and sauté briefly once. Then add water as required and let simmer.
  2. In the meantime, halve the meatballs lengthways, cut into half slices and add. Then season with vegetable stock and pepper. Finally add parsley.
