Ingredients

  • 8 large potato (s)
  • 2 large carrot (s)
  • 1 onion (s), chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 liter beef broth
  • chives
  • oregano
  • curry
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup cream or yogurt, depending on your preference
  • 2 leeks
  • 50 g bacon, diced
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Fry the onions, garlic and bacon in oil, pour in the broth and bring to a boil. Prepare all the vegetables, cut them into small pieces and add them. Season with salt, pepper, chives, oregano and curry. Cook for about 30 minutes and then puree.
  2. Stir in the yogurt or cream and the mustard, season to taste and put it on the table!
