Ingredients

  • 1 point puff pastry (cooling shelf)
  • 100 g ham, cooked
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 750 g leek
  • 120 g cheese (Gruyère), rated
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • salt
  • Pepper, black
  • nutmeg
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet

Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and thinly slice the leeks and spring onions. Generously cut off the hard green leaf ends from the leek, use the onion greens.
  2. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the leeks and onions until translucent. After about 3 minutes add the ham and fry.
  3. Line the bottom and the edge of a mold (diameter 26 cm) with the puff pastry. Prick the dough base several times with a fork.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  5. Whisk the cheese and flour well with the sour cream. Season well with salt, pepper, nutmeg and paprika powder. Spread the leek, onion and ham mixture on the dough base and pour the cream cheese over it.
  6. Put the form in the oven and bake for about 40 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately afterwards.
