Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 2 leeks
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ dill, dried
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 250 g shrimp (s)
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 3 egg (s)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 packet puff pastry (frozen, 280 g)

Instructions

  1. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves. Clean and wash the leek and cut into strips. Fry both briefly in the butter. Add the dill, lemon juice and prawns. Mix the crème fraîche with the eggs, salt and pepper and fold in.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and line a springform pan with it, also forming a border. Pour in the leek and shrimp mixture.
  3. Bake in a hot oven at 200 ° C for 35-40 minutes.
