  • 1 kg red cabbage, fresh, sliced into fine strips

Instructions

  1. Put the red cabbage together with the apples, the vinegar, salt, sugar and the bay leaves in a sufficiently large roasting pan and mix everything well. Season the goose legs with salt and pepper, rub the soy sauce and place on the red cabbage (skin side up).
