Ingredients

  • 2 lemon (s), the juice it
  • 1 small banana (s)
  • 150 g natural yourt
  • 1 ½ tablespoon honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ mint, dried
  • 1 pinch vanilla powder

Instructions

  1. Halve the lemons and squeeze them. Peel the banana and cut into pieces.
  2. Now mix all the ingredients in a blender until frothy, pour into 2 glasses and enjoy.
  3. The lassi isn`t as sour as it might first read. Banana and honey balance the acid very well. And (a little) angry is known to make fun!
