Ingredients
- 4 lemon (s), untreated
- 1 bunch mint, fresh
- 7 ½ cm ginger root, fresh
- 750 ml water
- Sugar and / or
- honey

- Put lemon zest and juice, ginger and mint in a teapot. Pour 750 ml of boiling water over it and let it steep for 6 minutes.
- Serve hot in tea cups, garnish with ginger and lemon wedges. Possibly sweeten with sugar or honey.
