- 4 lemon (s), untreated
- Lemon balm, approx. 4 - 6 stalks
- Mint, approx. 4 - 6 stalks
- 500 ml apple juice, clearer, approx.
- 1.4 liters sparkling mineral water

- Peel the peel from the lemons in thin spirals and squeeze the lemons. Rinse the lemon balm and mint and shake dry.
- Distribute the lemon peel, lemon juice and lemon balm and mint in 2 bottles of approx. 1 liter each. Top up with the apple juice and mineral water and place in the refrigerator.
