Lemon Muffins in Silicone Molds

These are delicate and flavorful cupcakes that literally melt in your mouth. The recipe is simple, the ingredients are available. And baking them in silicone molds is a pleasure, the dough does not stick, and the muffins are easy to remove.

Servings: 5-6

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour – 1 Glass
  • Sugar – 1 Glass
  • Butter – 150 Grams
  • Eggs – 2 Pieces
  • Lemon – 1 Piece
  • Baking powder for dough – 1 teaspoon (no slide)

Directions

  1. Put very soft butter in a bowl, add sugar to it.
  2. Grind and beat the butter and sugar using a mixer.
  3. Now add the eggs, continue to beat the mass.
  4. Add sifted flour, mix.
  5. Using a fine grater, rub the lemon zest, and then squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  6. Add the zest and lemon juice to the dough, stir.
  7. Then add baking powder and stir the dough completely. The dough should not be liquid and spread. If not, add a little flour.
  8. We spread the dough into molds. Do not fill the molds completely, but only two-thirds.
  9. We bake muffins in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes. We do not take out the cupcakes immediately, let them cool slightly.
  10. Fragrant and delicious tender muffins are ready!
