Lemon Parfait

  • Gelatin – 0.5 Art. spoons
  • Eggs – 3 Pieces
  • Lemon – 1 Piece

Directions

  1. Prepare your ingredients.

  11. Add whipped cream to the lemon and egg mixture and beat again. Place in the low temperature compartment of the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
  12. Arrange fresh raspberries in the tins in which you will serve the parfait, it can be bowls, glasses, glasses.
