Ingredients

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 150 g honey
  • 150 g yourt
  • 1 cl Cointreau, (or orange juice)

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg yolks in a hot water bath until they are white and leave to cool a little.
  2. Mix the whipped cream, honey, yoghurt and Cointreau into the egg yolk mixture.
  3. Line a small loaf pan (20 cm long) with cling film and pour in the mixture. Let freeze in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
  4. Cut the parfait into slices, decorate as desired and serve.
