Ingredients

  • 400 g pasta, e.. macaroni
  • 500 ml milk, 1.5%
  • 30 grams flour
  • 4 teaspoons mustard
  • 140 g cheese, rated, liht 10%
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  3. Mix the milk, flour, mustard, salt and pepper in a saucepan and bring to the boil until creamy.
  4. Remove the pan from the stove, then stir in the grated cheese, season again if necessary.
  5. Mix the pasta with the sauce and place in a baking dish. Sprinkle the whole thing with parmesan and put in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. A delicious salad goes well with it!
