Ingredients
- 300 g pasta (spahetti)
- salt
- 125 g cheese (Gruyère)
- 2 chilli pepper (s), small, red
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 150 ml milk
- 150 ml whipped cream
- pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- 1 bunch parsley, smooth; alternatively packets frozen parsley
- 2 sprigs mint, alternatively dried mint
- 40 g rated parmesan cheese

- Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water.
- Finely grate the cheese. Core, wash and finely chop the chillies. Peel the garlic, press through. Sauté the chilli and garlic in the hot oil. Add milk, cream and cheese. Bring to the boil and stir until the cheese has melted. Season to taste with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Rinse the herbs, shake dry, chop and add to the sauce.
- Drain the pasta, collect approx. 3 tablespoons of pasta water. Mix the pasta and pasta water with the sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
