Noodles with Sausage and Cheese

Noodle is a daily dish made from simple products that are almost always found in every home. If you are tired of ordinary sandwiches, then the sausage can be used to prepare a simple but tasty and satisfying dish. And if you still have pasta or noodles of yesterday’s preparation in the fridge, then the noodle maker with sausage simply needs to be cooked!

Ingredients
- Boiled sausage – 200 g
- Noodles – 100 g
- Eggs – 3 pcs.
- Bulb onions – 1 pc.
- Cheese – 50 g
- Milk – 100 g
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
- Let’s take the necessary products for the noodle maker. Sausage is better to take fat-free or with very small splashes of fat. For the base, take thin noodles or spaghetti (they will need to be broken). I took the spaghetti.
- The noodles can be boiled earlier or boiled specifically for the noodle maker. For cooking, fill the pan with water, bring to a boil and salt, then add the noodles and boil until cooked according to the instructions on the package. The main thing is not to boil it down. After cooking, salt the water.
- While the noodles are cooking, finely chop the onion. Cut the sausage into cubes. Fry the onion until light golden brown in vegetable oil.
- Add the sausage to the pan and continue to fry for another minute, then remove from heat. Let’s fill the noodles. Mix eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix the boiled noodles with onions and sausage. Add fill and mix.
- Place the mixture in a baking dish. The dia of my mold is 22 cm. We put the mold in the oven and bake the noodles at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- 5 minutes before cooking, take out the noodles and sprinkle with grated cheese. Put in the oven again and bake until the cheese is melted.
- We take out the finished noodle and let it cool slightly. Cut the noodles into pieces and serve with salad or vegetables. Serve noodles hot or cold.
