- 1 teaspoon, heaped sea salt
- 2 tablespoon vinegar

- Cut the cucumber into approx. 5 cm long and 1.5 cm thick wedges, mix in a bowl with the pressed garlic cloves, salt, dill and vinegar. Let everything stand for about 10 minutes, mix again and again, then serve. These cucumbers, marinated in a flash, are a hit at every barbecue party. Garlic and dill are an integral part of Ukrainian cuisine and are found in many Ukrainian dishes.
