Ingredients
- 2 zucchini
- 100 ml oil
- 4 tablespoon vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 0.5 ½ chilli pepper (s)
- Pepper, coarser
- some stalks dill
- some stalks parsley

- Slice the zucchini oblong into thin slices, place in a bowl, season with salt and let stand for about 10-15 minutes.
- In the meantime, cut the herbs and chilli pepper into small pieces and add to the zucchini. Squeeze the garlic, add vinegar and honey, pepper and mix. Let stand for another 10-15 minutes, mixing again and again in between.
- Add the oil, mix and let sit in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Arrange and serve decoratively.
- These marinated zucchini can also be prepared the day before stress-free, they taste even better then.
- The amount of spices can be varied according to your own taste.
