Quick Pickled Zucchini

Marinated zucchini is no less tasty than cucumbers. The recipe is simple, you can cook it with a vegetable peeler or a very sharp knife. For pickling, use apple cider vinegar, wine vinegar or rice vinegar.

Cook: 2 hour

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Zucchini – 1 Piece
  • Garlic – 1 Clove
  • Dill – 1 Teaspoon (chopped)
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Ground black pepper – 1 Pinch
  • Sugar – 2 Pinches
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
  • Rice vinegar – 1

Directions

  1. Let’s prepare food.
  2. And immediately we make marinade for zucchini. Mix oil, vinegar and spices in a deep container, pass the garlic through a press.
  3. Cut the zucchini into thin strips. You can just in circles, but very thinly, so that the zucchini is quickly marinated.
  4. Mix marinade and zucchini. We send it to the cold for 2 hours.
  5. Salad ready!
