Ingredients

  • 600 g potato (s), cooked
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 tablespoon oil, olive
  • 4 tablespoon chili sauce, (sweet chili sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary, finely chopped
  • a bit salt

Instructions

  1. Peel the boiled potatoes. If necessary, cut larger potatoes in half and then place all in a bowl.
  2. Halve the zucchini lengthways and cut into approx. 1 cm thick slices. Add to the potatoes in the bowl.
  3. Mix the oil, chilli sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic and rosemary together and pour over the potatoes. Mix everything together well and let it steep for at least an hour.
  4. Then put in a baking dish and sprinkle with a little salt.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
