Ingredients

  • 500 ml yogurt (skimmed milk yogurt)
  • 500 ml sour cream
  • 1 pack cooked ham
  • 1 bag Gouda, grated or whole piece
  • 0.5 ½ pack dill, frozen, more if required
  • Garlic
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the skimmed milk yogurt and the sour cream. Then add garlic as you like, add the dill and season with a little salt.
  2. Cut the boiled ham into cubes and add the grated Gouda cheese to the bowl.
  3. The longer the sauce draws, the better the taste will be! I usually make them 2 hours before I eat them.
  4. That`s it. Tastes great with pasta, but also with fondue and even fish.
  5. The recipe is a little loose, so you just have to try how much you need.
