Squid Salad with Walnuts, Dill and Garlic

Squid salad with walnuts, dill and garlic turns out to be original in taste, a little spicy, and quite satisfying. This seafood salad is best combined with mashed potatoes, but you can serve it as an independent dish.
Ingredients
- Squid – 150 g
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Fresh dill – 1 sprig
- Salt – 2 g
- Walnuts – 3-5 pcs.
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Directions
- Prepare all required ingredients.
- Pour boiling water over the squid, peel off the film, remove the chitinous plate. Wash squid and cut into strips or rings.
- Pour olive oil into a frying pan, heat it over medium heat for 15 seconds. Then put the squid in a frying pan, salt and fry over the same heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Place the fried squid in a deep bowl.
- Finely chop the dill, walnuts and garlic.
- Add dill, garlic and walnuts to the squid. Mix.
Transfer the salad to a serving plate and serve!
