Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 160 g suar
  • 200 g butter

  • 170 g almond (s), round

  • 2 tablespoon rum
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 0.3 teaspoon clove powder
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • Jam (currant or raspberry jam

Instructions

  1. Mix the soft butter with sugar, cinnamon, clove powder and egg yolk until creamy, then fold in the flour, rum and almonds mixed with baking powder. Beat the egg whites with salt to form a firm snow and fold in.
  2. Spread 2/3 of the dough in a prepared, greased and floured form, approx. 30 x 20 cm (with a wet dough card) and spread with jam. Sprinkle a grid with the rest of the dough, as well as an edge all around.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 150 ° for about 35 minutes.
