  • 1 jar jam (blackberry, raspberry or currant)

Instructions

  1. Mix flour with baking powder. Cut the cold butter into pieces and crumble with the flour. Add the remaining ingredients and quickly knead into a dough. Let rest in a cold place for about 1 hour.
  2. Roll out the dough thinly. Cut out biscuits and cut out a small hole in the middle of half of the biscuits.
  3. Bake at 200 ° C for about 10-12 minutes.
  4. Let the finished biscuits cool down. Brush the unperforated biscuits with jam and place the perforated and sugared biscuits on top.
