  • 300 g butter, room temperature
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ salt
  • some butter-vanilla flavor (a few drops)
  • 200 g suar
  • 500g flour
  • 100 g cranberries, dried

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter with the butter vanilla flavor and salt for about 10 minutes until frothy. Sprinkle in the sugar and stir well until the sugar has dissolved. Knead in the flour until you get a smooth dough. Now only knead in the finely chopped cranberries.
  2. Roll out the dough approx. 1 cm thick and put in a cool place for 1 hour. Then unplug the small stars and bake in the oven at approx. 160 ° C (convection) for 15-20 minutes until golden. Don`t let it get too dark!
