Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 150 g butter, cold
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • Flour, to be rolled out
  • 150 g couverture, semi-dark
  • Confectionery (Giotto balls)

Instructions

  1. Knead the flour, fat, sugar, cinnamon and salt into a dough. Chill for approx. 1 hour. Roll out the dough thinly on a little flour. Cut out stars (approx. 6 cm diameter). In the hot oven, electric stove: 200 ° C / fan oven: 175 ° C / gas: level 3, bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool down.
  2. Chop the couverture, melt in a hot water bath. Glue 1 Giotto ball with couverture on each of the stars. Decorate with couverture strips.
