Instructions

  1. Bring the espresso and powdered sugar to the boil in a saucepan. Simmer uncovered for 25 minutes.
  2. Makes about 200 ml of delicious espresso syrup. Delicious on pancakes, vanilla ice cream, on fatty yoghurt or for iced coffee.
