Ingredients
- 250 g bulur, salted
- 3 tomato (s)
- 1 ½ bell pepper (s)
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 3 tablespoons mint, chopped
- 4 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 8 tablespoon lemon juice
- 8 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoon tomato paste
- 4 teaspoons ras el hanout
- 2 teaspoons paprika powder, noble sweet
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons sambal oelek
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 200 g feta cheese

- Cook the bulgur according to the instructions on the packet and allow to cool.
- Dice or chop vegetables and herbs. Spicy peppermint from the Turkish supermarket is best. The Ras el Hanout seasoning mix is also available there. Mix the remaining ingredients into a sauce and mix in. Add the bulgur.
- Finally fold in the diced feta.
- Tips: The salad should be prepared the day before consumption so that it goes through well.
- The salad also tastes very good vegan - without the feta cheese.
