Ingredients

  • 4 port. Liver (s), (pork or beef)
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 300 g bacon, smoked
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Sauce, dark gravy (leftover or from the glass or as a powder)

Instructions

  1. First cut the bacon without the rind into strips. Peel the onions and cut into rings. Then fry the bacon and onions in a pan until they are almost crispy.
  2. In the meantime, rinse the liver in clear water, dab it off and cut into small strips with a sharp knife, season with salt and pepper. When the bacon and onions are ready, add the liver and finish cooking.
  3. I recommend pasta as a side dish.
