Ingredients

  • 3 apples, tart ones, e.g., Boskop, (about 400-450 g)
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice
  • 80 g powdered suar, sifted
  • 200 ml grenadine
  • 500 ml schnapps, (double grain 38%)

Instructions

  1. Peel, core and chop the apples. Now mix the apple pieces with the lemon juice, put in a blender, puree, add the powdered sugar, the syrup, the double grain and mix everything vigorously again.
  2. Pour the liqueur into a prepared bottle and close it tightly.
  3. Either enjoy the liqueur straight away or store it in the refrigerator. Always shake the liqueur vigorously before serving. The liqueur can be kept for 2-3 weeks if chilled.
