Ingredients
- 3 apples, tart ones, e.g., Boskop, (about 400-450 g)
- 1 lemon (s), add the juice
- 80 g powdered suar, sifted
- 200 ml grenadine
- 500 ml schnapps, (double grain 38%)

- Peel, core and chop the apples. Now mix the apple pieces with the lemon juice, put in a blender, puree, add the powdered sugar, the syrup, the double grain and mix everything vigorously again.
- Pour the liqueur into a prepared bottle and close it tightly.
- Either enjoy the liqueur straight away or store it in the refrigerator. Always shake the liqueur vigorously before serving. The liqueur can be kept for 2-3 weeks if chilled.
