Ingredients
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 25 g chocolate (dark chocolate - 85%)
- 1 tablespoon, heaped erythritol (sugar substitute) (Xucker light)

- Heat the cream in a saucepan. Chop the chocolate and add to the pan with the Xucker light. When everything has mixed well, put the chocolate cream in the cold for approx. 2 - 3 hours.
- When the mass is well cooled, beat until stiff with the hand mixer on the highest setting.
- A dollop of normal whipped cream or fresh berries goes well with it.
