Ingredients

  • 1 roll, from the day before
  • 1 apple
  • 1 packet vanilla pudding powder
  • 500 ml soy milk (soy drink) vanilla
  • cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. Pluck the roll into small pieces and fill a small baking dish with it. Peel and quarter the apple and pour over the bread roll. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Mix the vanilla pudding powder with the soy milk and bring to the boil while stirring, pour over the apple and roll mixture. Bake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees fan-assisted.
  2. Serve warm or cold.
  3. Suitable as a dessert or a sweet main course.
