Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C top / bottom heat (convection: 200 ° C).
  2. Fry the onion slices in clarified butter until golden. Mix the cream and milk together, bring to the boil. Add 150 g cheese and stir until it has melted.
  3. Mix the hot noodles with 100 g cheese and season with salt and pepper. Put in a buttered baking dish. Pour the cheese sauce over them and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Spread the fried onions on top and heat in the oven for 6-8 minutes until the cheese has melted. There should be no crust. Serve immediately.
