Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta (macaroni)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 cans tomato (s), 400 g pizza tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoons honey, liquid
  • 1 teaspoon chili paste or hot pepper paste (also sambal oelek)
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 scoops mozzarella
  • Paprika powder
  • Cayenne pepper
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and garlic, sauté briefly in a little oil and deglaze with the pizza tomatoes. Add tomato paste, honey and seasoning paste and simmer for a few minutes.
  3. Then cut the spring onions into rings and stir in.
  4. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper and, if you like, some herbs such as parsley and basil.
  5. Cut the mozzarella into cubes.
  6. Put the macaroni in a large bowl, mix with the hot sauce and mozzarella so that the mozzarella melts a little.
  7. Serve immediately.
