  • 250 g wheat flour, type 405
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled baking powder
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 small Bottle / s rum aroma
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 125 g butter, or mararine

Instructions

  1. Knead all ingredients into a dough. Then form 3 cm thick rolls from the kneading dough and roll them in sugar. Wrap the rolls in aluminum foil and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  2. Then cut the rolls into slices and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven at 175 to 200 ° C for about 10 minutes.
