  • Light beef – 200 Grams
  • Corned beef – 200 Grams
  • Carrots – 2 Pieces
  • Onions – 2 Pieces
  • Vegetable oil – 1
  • Sour cream – 50 grams
  • Salt – To taste
  • Pepper – To taste

Lungs with Corned Beef Instructions

  1. Cut corned beef and boiled lungs, best of all in small cubes.
  2. Cut the carrots into thin cubes and the onions into small cubes.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the prepared ingredients. Add sour cream, then add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 20-25 minutes over low heat under a lid, stirring occasionally.
