  • 2 cans corned beef
  • 2 onions)
  • 6 slices cooked ham
  • 250 g cheese, rated
  • 400 g cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet and drain in a sieve. If you let the noodles cook too long, they`ll get mushy later in the casserole.
  2. Preheat the oven to 250 ° C.
  3. Peel the onions and cut into pieces however you like them. I always leave them a little rougher as we like to eat onions. Also cut the cooked ham into pieces.
  4. Grease a large baking dish and add the first layer of pasta. Season the pasta well with salt, pepper and paprika powder. In total, the amount of pasta must be enough for 3 layers. Take the corned beef out of the tin and crumble it over the pasta by hand. Put another layer of pasta in the pan and season again. Sprinkle the ham on the pasta and the onions on top. Now finish with pasta and season again (of course, everyone can decide the order of the ingredients themselves). Press the whole thing down a little and sprinkle the cheese over it. Finally pour in the cream.
  5. Put the whole thing in the hot oven for about 20 minutes until it is nice and brown and the cream is no longer runny. Serve immediately.
