Ingredients

  • 3 cans lychee (s), cut in half
  • 3 cans grapefruit (s), cut in half
  • 1 bottle Blue Curacao
  • 1 bottle sparkling wine
  • 2 liters orange juice

Instructions

  1. Drain the lychees, save the juice, cut in half and leave to steep in the curacau overnight.
  2. The next day, drain the grapefruit, add the juice to the litchi juice, halve and add to the litchi-curacau mixture.
  3. Fill up with orange juice and chilled sparkling wine before serving.
  4. Because the lychees are a little sweeter than the grapefruit. you can also use 2 cans of lychee and 4 cans of grapefruit. It is important that the grapefruits come out of the can, otherwise the punch will not taste good.
  5. If the punch is to be made for motorists, use blue syrup instead of Blue Curacau and mineral water instead of sparkling wine.
