Ingredients

  • 125 g suar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 125 g oatmeal
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 125 g prunes, finely chopped
  • 125 g apricot (s), dried, finely chopped
  • 200 g raisins
  • 60 g almond (s)
  • 60 g hazelnuts
  • 1 bottle rum flavor

Instructions

  1. Mix the sugar and eggs until frothy, then add the remaining ingredients and make a batter (very firm mass).
  2. Pour into a loaf tin lined with baking paper. Press the surface of the dough a little smooth (tips burn easily). Bake at 180 degrees for about 1 - 1 1/2 hours.
  3. Wrapped in aluminum foil, the cake stays fresh for a long time.
