  • 50 ml milk
  • 50 g cream cheese
  • 200 g sheep cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Fry the ground beef in a little oil until crumbly. Pour peeled tomatoes on top, add milk and cream cheese and let everything simmer briefly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Put the cooked pasta in a baking dish and spread the tomato and minced meat sauce over it. Put the sheep`s cheese crumbly on the pasta mixture. Place in the preheated oven at approx. 180 ° C for 10 minutes until the sheep`s cheese has melted a little.
