Powdered sugar – 120 g

Wheat flour / Flour – 250 g

Directions
Beat the softened butter at high speed with icing sugar and salt.
Add the egg and beat well again.
Mix both flour and baking powder.
Pour the flour mixture into the oil mixture and mix everything well. Divide the dough into 4 parts and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. I left it overnight. Work in turn with each part: roll out, cut the required cookie shape.
Bake for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees. The cookies will not be rosy (!), Do not dry out. It is better to check by lifting it up and evaluate the readiness by the bottom of the cookie.
For the hats, bake an equal number of large and small circles.
Cover the blanks with the desired color. Lay a small one on a large circle. In this case, the glaze will be the “cement” for fixing. Therefore, do not wait for the glaze to harden, connect the parts of the “cap”.
