- 250 g flour
- 50 g coconut flakes
- 50 g cocoa
- 1 packet baking powder
- 200 g suar
- 3 small egg (s)
- 250 g butter
- 5 drops bitter almond flavor
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 200 ml milk
- Fat for the shape

- First, preheat the oven to 175 ° C top / bottom heat.
- Melt the butter, for me it always runs alongside at the lowest level.
- Take 2 bowls, one for the wet and one for the dry ingredients.
- Put the eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla sugar, bitter almond aromas in the first bowl and stir everything together well. With the mixer switched on, carefully add the butter and stir well.
- Put flour, coconut flakes, baking powder and cocoa in the second bowl and simply add the liquid ingredients and mix into a batter.
- Put the dough in a greased loaf pan and bake the cake in the hot oven for about 75 minutes.
