Ingredients
- 250 g butter
- 250 grams sugar
- 6 egg (s)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 0.75 teaspoon ¾ clove (s), ground
- 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
- 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1 ½ pack custard powder (chocolate)
- 150 g chocolate, rated
- 450 g flour
- 6 teaspoons baking powder
- milk

- Mix the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Gradually add the eggs and stir. Mix and stir in the cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, chocolate pudding, grated chocolate, flour and baking powder. Stir in a little milk if necessary. Pour the dough into a greased Guglhupfform or springform pan with a tube base.
