  • 200 g block chocolate
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 200 g suar
  • 120 grams flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and chocolate in a double boiler.
  2. Separate eggs. Beat egg whites until stiff. Mix the egg yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar together. Add melted butter and chocolate mass and mix everything. Sift the flour with the baking powder into the mixture and then carefully fold in the stiff egg whites. Put in a well-greased dish.
  3. Bake at 180 ° C for approx. 40 - 50 minutes.
