Instructions

  1. A powerful mixer or chopper is required for this recipe. Cut the bananas into pieces the night before and freeze overnight.
  2. Put the frozen banana pieces, 3/4 of the mango and peanut butter in the blender and mix until you get a creamy mixture.
  3. Serve the ice cream immediately and garnish with the remaining mango.
