Ingredients

3 banana (s), very ripe
1 tablespoon peanut butter, creamy
1 teaspoon, heaped cocoa powder, unsweetened
2 tablespoon peanuts, roasted

Instructions

Cut the peeled bananas into slices and freeze for at least 5 hours.
Puree the peanut butter with the cocoa and frozen banana pieces in a tall mug, then fold in the peanuts.
