Ingredients

  • 2 banana (s), nicely ripe
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons peanut butter or peanut butter
  • 100 ml milk, low-fat (or nut / coconut milk if you want it to be vegan)

Instructions

  1. Cut the bananas into small pieces and freeze overnight.
  2. The next day, put the rest of the ingredients in a strong mixer (I did it with a hand blender - it works too, but it could be nicer) and puree to a creamy mass.
  3. If it is too firm - add some mineral water. If it is too soft - freeze a little more.
