- 100 g lamb`s lettuce
- 1 mango (s)
- 250 g breakfast bacon
- 1 medium onion (s)
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon, leveled pepper, black
- 2 pinch (s) chili powder

- Wash the lamb`s lettuce thoroughly and drain in a colander. Peel the mango with the peeler. Then use a knife to detach the pulp lengthways from the core.
- Cut the pulp into pieces and place in a salad bowl. Squeeze out the pulp remaining on the stone by hand over the salad bowl.
- Cut the bacon into small cubes and place in a small saucepan, heat it up and let it turn to glass. Then add the olive oil and the onion and let sizzle for 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from heat, add pepper and chilli and the balsamic vinegar. Mix everything well and pour into the salad bowl over the mango pieces and mix.
- Finally, carefully mix in the lamb`s lettuce and serve.
