Ingredients
- 1 mango (s), ripe
- 0.5 ½ papaya
- 1 small chilli pepper (s), red
- 1 lime (s), untreated
- some oil
- 2 spring onion (s) (spring onions)
- possibly rice, cooked

- Cut the chilli into small pieces and mix with the zest of the lime. Squeeze the lime and stir in with a little oil.
- Chop the spring onions into small pieces. Peel the mango, remove the core and cut into cubes. Carefully remove the black kernels of the papaya with a spoon. Peel the fruit and cut it into cubes as well.
- Mix everything in a large bowl, stir with the dressing and let it steep for about an hour.
- The salad is very fruity, refreshing and wonderful for the hot season. When eaten with rice, it also makes a wonderful main course.
