  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 125 ml milk
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 25 g suar
  • 2 Table spoons milk

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter (I do it in the microwave) and stir in the sugar. Mix half of the flour with the baking powder and stir into the sugar mass together with the eggs. Then stir in the salt, rum flavor, milk and the rest of the flour. When the dough is ready, about 2/3 of the dough can be poured into a greased cup cake pan, but first stir the dough again with a spoon so that it becomes nice and loose. Stir cocoa, 25 g sugar and 2-3 tablespoons milk into the rest of the dough and distribute it on the light dough in the mold. Use a fork to spiral through the layers of dough to create a marble pattern.
  2. Preheat the oven to 150 ° hot air / convection and then bake the cake. Baking time approx. 1 hour. Pierce the cake with a wooden skewer, when no more dough sticks, the cake is baked through.
